Four rows of KM1024i heads
Four rows of industrial KM1024i heads, with up to 26 heads. Three print modes and C, M, Y, K, Lc, Lm and W inks support a range of output requirements.
Stable motion and vacuum hold-down
High-precision metal grating, a linear motor and dual guide rails provide stable motion. Constant-pressure vacuum control and a rubber transport belt support accurate media feeding and printing.
Head protection and static control
An anti-collision system protects the heads, while an anti-static bar removes surface static. Subtank temperature control and high-precision filters support stable ink delivery.
Front and rear dual-roll handling
Front and rear dual-roll loading and take-up simplify media setup and production workflows for rigid and roll media.
Water-cooled LED UV curing and RIP
Water-cooled LED UV lamps cure the ink. Caldera or PrintFactory RIP software supports output from a wide range of applications.
