Delivery timing

Returns and exchanges

We do not accept returns or exchanges for a change of mind. If delivered goods are defective or do not conform to the contract, we will assess the situation and arrange repair, replacement or other remedies under the contract and applicable law. If a serious defect or similar issue prevents the purpose of the contract from being achieved, remedies may include return or contract termination.

Cancellations and order changes

As a rule, we do not accept cancellations or order changes for customer convenience after a contract is concluded. This does not affect termination for our failure to perform or other rights provided by law.
