• Information you provide while we respond to your inquiry or discuss your requirements

We cannot accept inquiries without the required fields. Company name is optional. Please do not include sensitive information or third-party personal information that is unnecessary for your inquiry.

3. Purposes of use

We use collected information to:

• Accept inquiries, send acknowledgment emails and respond
• Provide product information, quotations, and communications about installation and maintenance requested by you
• Prevent unauthorized access and spam, and operate the Site reliably
• Analyze usage to improve the Site's content and usability

If we change these purposes, we will provide notification, publish details or obtain consent as required by law.

4. Retention and security

We retain inquiry information in notification emails and subsequent correspondence for the period needed to review inquiries and transactions, or as required by law. Information no longer needed is appropriately deleted or disposed of.

We use HTTPS, restrict server access, validate input and limit repeated submissions. Our application does not write inquiry messages or email addresses to error logs. We work to prevent leakage, loss and damage to personal information.

5. Third-party disclosure and outsourcing

We do not disclose personal information to third parties except with your consent or as permitted by law.

We may outsource email delivery and website operations as needed for the purposes above. We review providers' terms and security measures and exercise necessary and appropriate oversight.

6. Cloud services and processing overseas

The Site uses Amazon Web Services (AWS) for hosting and inquiry processing. Notification and acknowledgment emails are sent using Amazon Simple Email Service (Amazon SES) in the US East (N. Virginia) region, so email addresses and inquiry information are processed on servers in the United States. Acknowledgment emails do not reproduce inquiry messages.

Received inquiries are stored in our email environment. When using overseas services, we take legally required steps and security measures, considering the country's personal information protection system and the provider's safeguards.

7. Analytics and cookies

We use Google Analytics 4 (GA4), provided by Google LLC, to understand usage and improve the Site. Google Analytics uses cookies and similar technologies to collect and process page views, visit times, and browser and device information. Access information may be sent to Google and processed overseas.

We do not send names, email addresses or inquiry messages entered in the contact form to Google Analytics for analytics purposes.

You can disable cookies in your browser settings. In supported browsers, you can also disable Google Analytics data use with Google's opt-out browser add-on.

8. Requests concerning personal data

Contact the office below to request notification of purposes of use, disclosure, correction, addition, deletion, suspension of use, erasure, cessation of third-party disclosure, or disclosure of third-party provision records for personal data we hold.
